The lock mounting table is used for storing and manually screwing the locks in place and it is incorporated in the production line after the belt conveyor that is used for transporting the profiles. The profiles are then moved onto a roller track from here. They are then removed by the operator and placed in the counter profile rack where the locks are fitted and screwed on manually.
The locks are stored within easy reach on a shelf above the workstation.
The actual process of screwing the lock on takes place in a rod screwing station equipped with an automatic screw feeding system, which is installed above the lock mounting table together with the support rail and balancer.
The lock mounting table can also be supplied with a fitted semi-automatic screwing station.
