Cutting and machining centres Type BAZ
Our BAZ 1000 cutting and machining centres have been designed for the machining of profile bars made from PVC, aluminum, steel, wood / aluminum, composites or other materials, depending on the tools and motors that they are equipped with. The machining is carried out as part of a continuous feed-through process. Transport tongs equipped with highly dynamic magnetic linear motors are used to move the profile bars around quickly (150 - 200 m/min) and to position them precisely as well. An EtherCAT-based real time controller equipped with a PLC system made by ‘Beckhoff Automation’ controls our machines. A touch screen is used to operate these user-friendly machines.
A BAZ 1000 is basically equipped with:
In-feed magazine for inserting the profile bars
A G-module for the milling and drilling work
Cutting unit
Out-feed belt table for feeding out the finished profile bars
Our MODULAR plus design enables many other assemblies to be realized.
It is possible to combine them with the following optional auxiliary stations at any time:
- Contour milling station
- VO-Top Router
- Seal groove milling station
- Seal punch
- Triple Drill Unit
Furthermore, a steel cutter as well as one or more SBZ bar machining centres can also be integrated.
