Steel reinforced plastic

The machining of steel reinforced plastics places other requirements on the drive system and the toolpieces as compared to the machining of pure plastic. These requirements have to be taken into consideration with regard to all of the modules that will be used in the steel machining centre. We are able to supply a variety of machining modules for screwing the steel reinforcements onto the plastic that include different drilling and milling stations as well as fully automatic lock mounting stations.
