Materials

Its technical and visual characteristics make PVC a well-proven material that is used in window and exterior door construction and it comes as a continuous cast profiles in various dimensions, shapes and colors. As PVC does not have any especially distinctive static characteristics, the plastic profile is reinforced with steel in the majority of cases. This means that we are able to make use of the steel’s excellent static characteristics without having to forfeit any of the plastic’s positive characteristics. It is also possible to process PVC-U (hard) without having to use steel reinforcements, as it is normal in Great Britain.

Newer materials such as wood/aluminium composites make it possible for this material combination to realize optimum outside weather protection and the natural wood generates a cozy atmosphere inside. Aluminium or carbon and fiberglass reinforced plastic profiles, in which steel reinforcements are not used, are also available in the market. Many other material combinations are already available now or are being developed for the future. Our cutting and machining centres will provide you with the optimum solutions for automating your production line regardless of the materials that you use.
