Transport modules for transverse and longitudinal transporting

Our in-feed magazine ensures that the profiles are transported safely up to the automatic transfer station in the gripper tong’s transport route.

Our transport tongs, which work in conjunction with a linear module, position the bars at speeds up to 180 m/min.

Our real time buffers undertake the transportation between the machining centers independently of the working cycle and realize simultaneous loading of all machine areas.

The final process is transporting the machined profiles quickly and reliably out of the machine. Our customers are able to choose between a manual removal system that uses a out-feed belt table or an automatic stacking process that uses a sorter for this purpose.
