Stacking

You can choose between three different types of stacker when it comes to stacking. Manual stacking is the first option. In this case the machined profiles are removed from the out-feed belt table by the operator and placed in the adjacent trolley.

There are two choices of our automatic version available and the first is a single-track solution equipped with transport tongs and the second is a multi-track version in which up to 4 profiles can be removed simultaneously. Our multi-track sorter is ideally suited for use with high-speed systems due to the reduced track lengths. The sorting will take place in one or two adjacent trolleys, depending on how the system has been designed. Waiting times caused by having to change the trolley are eliminated in the last version.
