Screw insertion and lock technology

All of the fully automatic screw insertion stations supplied by Schirmer-Maschinen GmbH use frequency-controlled electric motors and they make it possible to insert the screws in plastic as well as in plastic fitted with steel reinforcements up to 4 mm thick. The screws can be screwed into all 4 sides of the profile bar. The locks can also be positioned from above or below. Locks made from metal and plastic as well as metal/plastic combinations can be processed.  We would like to show you the various screw insertion and lock station options that are available to you under the following:
