CNC milling and drilling technology

CNC controlled module movement sequences with fixed or controllable drilling or milling spindles make the machining of virtually all profile bars possible. This technology also enables the motors to be automatically positioned and swiveled linearly in accordance with the requirements.

We also integrate controlled, high frequency electro-spindles or speed-controlled servomotors in our range of products, but which version is used depends on the actual machining requirements. These options enable us to realize optimum surface quality as a result of the high feed rate speeds that are attained. We use the most up-to-date minimum quantity cooling/cutting system with metallic materials. Broken tool checking systems can also be integrated if requested.
